Congratulations to our team members for recently passing their level 2 IRPM

Since the introduction of our internal training programme: the ‘Estate Manager Development Programme’ in 2019, we've seen a consistent high standard of estate management from our team and across our business

The programme consolidated our Estate Managers experience, refreshed their training and gave them formal recognition of their contribution and skills. It also provided the opportunity to extend their knowledge and experience in specific areas with the opportunity to pursue external accreditation.

We spoke to three of our Estate Managers, Elaine, Dave and James, who have all recently undertaken the fourth level of our Estate Manager Development Programme and completed the Foundation Level Exam with the IRPM:

"A must for all Estate Manager’s, very professional course touching all aspects to our Estate Manager Development Programme, depending on the estate you cover, some of the course will be theoretical but the majority of it relates to the life of the Estate Manager in some way, although this is the foundation course, the detail provided is sufficient and I look forward to the more detailed Level 3 which is my personal goal towards my next step as an Area Manager". - Dave

We are really pleased to offer training and development opportunities for our team, and this year have also introduced funding for our managers to go a step further and complete the Associate level exam with the IRPM.
