ELM Group’s Office Move

Following ELM Groups recent business expansion, we’re delighted to announce that, as of the beginning of October, we have moved into a brand new Head Office space to accommodate our growing team. We’ve still not quite finished unpacking all our boxes, but this week marks one month in our new office space in Frimley, Surrey! 

We initially moved to Frimley in 2021 having rightsized our office to fit the team’s requirements at the time, with room to grow and we had planned to remain there for 5 years. However, following ELM’s unprecedented and momentous growth towards the end of 2023 and early 2024, we outgrew the space much more quickly than originally anticipated.

Plans began in the summer to look for a larger office, and we were fortunate that the ideal unit became available on the same business park, so we didn’t have to move very far. You’ll find us just a stone’s throw away at number 4 as we bid farewell to number 2. The team did an outstanding job packing up the office and everyone pitched in to move our essentials across to the new office.  

This marks the organisation’s 6th move in 53 years, from our beginnings in The Strand in London in 1971, to our 46 years spent in Aldershot, Hampshire, where we still hold ties with our continued sponsorship of Aldershot Town Football Club.  

Frimley works really well for us as a business, being reasonably central to our property portfolio. It has great transport links, straight off the M3, with the railway station a 10-minute walk away and it has plenty of local amenities. 

The new space is much bigger, making life easier for our office based team members and gives us more room to accommodate portfolio meetings with our growing remote team. We also have a lovely light and airy reception area complete with a beautiful new fish tank, which makes the space even more welcoming for visitors to our office.

We look forward to more of the team seeing the new space in the coming months.
