Exciting Wins at the Property Management Awards

We are thrilled to announce that ELM Group has won two awards at News on the Block’s coveted Property Management Awards (PMAs). The event, held last Thursday at City Central at the HAC in London, recognised outstanding achievement and innovation within the property management industry, with this year's awards spotlighting some of the most dynamic and successful companies and individuals across the sector.

This recognition underscores our organisation’s dedication to excellence and commitment to ethical practices in the industry.

Growth Property Management Company of the Year

We’re proud to have been awarded Highly Commended in the Growth Property Management Company of the Year category. This reflects our momentous growth in 2023/24, following a major acquisition at the start of the year, taking our property portfolio from 3,300 to 4,638 units - a growth of nearly 50% across our owned and managed properties.

It also highlights our commitment to providing first-rate property management services to our leaseholders across the UK and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire ELM team.

Business Development Manager of the Year

We are equally delighted to announce that Simon Goldsmith, our Head of Development was awarded the title of Business Development Manager of the Year 2024! Simon’s outstanding and unwavering commitment to driving business growth has really made a difference at ELM Group, and we’re thrilled that he has been recognised for his hard work in bringing in new business opportunities and helping the organisation expand – all in line with our ethical values and practices.

These awards are not just milestones but also set a benchmark for us to continue striving to be the best, as outlined in our ELM Way values.

We extend a huge congratulations to all the winners and finalists, as well as the organisers and those involved in the planning of the event. We look forward to what 2025 will bring.
